Suzie has been a part of the dive shop since we left Toukley. She lets us know when anyone turns up, does a once over of the customers just to make sure they are ok and then stays in the background listening to everything. After hours she does regular patrols of the premises making sure all is as it should be. Susie is also interested in warm, dark, quiet places to have a nap, sniffing around the garden and eating.

Her qualifications are:

  • Large breed of dog (Rotweiller/Kelpy cross we think)
  • Good strong, large teeth
  • Loud, deep growl
  • Very loud bark
  • Hears car doors close outside the property

Maddie also started at the dive shop after we moved from Toukley. She is the first to hear someone outside and lets us know. She is also usually the first to greet our customers at the front door. She will then walk around and through the customers looking for attention or heading out to see who may be walking down the road. Maddie is also interested in children, sleeping and food.

Her qualifications are:

  • Medium breed of dog (Fox Terrier/Cattle Dog)
  • Sharp teeth
  • Loud bark
  • Long tongue
  • Hears anyone approaching the shop

Stacey learned to dive in 2006 and loves seeing life under the water. She was dragged into the industry by Greg and co-ordinates most of the social side of the business, greeting customers with a smile. She is our embroiderer and also cheif cake procurer and coffee supply clerk. Stacey has travelled with us to Fiji, Solomon Islands and 4 times to Vanuatu (her favourite holiday destination).
