HIRE PRICES

RENTER is a certified scuba diver or student in a scuba diving/course or program under the supervision of a certified scuba instructor.

RENTER acknowledges that the equipment is in good working condition and that he/she has examined it themselves.

RENTER agrees to replace the dust cap on the regulator after use, and leave the dust cap off the cylinder upon return.

RENTER acknowledges that the hire is to be returned ½ hour before close of business or an extra day hire charged will be charged

RENTER understands it is their responsibility ensure that all hired equipment will be rinsed free of all salt water, mud, grass, sand and any other containments. If not the renter aggress to a $5 cleaning fee.

RENTER acknowledges the responsibility for the equipment and agrees to be charged for the replacement value of the equipment or costs of repair if not returned in the condition in which it left or is lost.
